GN1 N
The GN1 N are floor- standing heat generators with high efficiency (upper to the 90%) suitable for jet burners on liquid fuel (oil) or gas (natural gas or LPG),with partial flame reversal and one flue pass, cooled combustion chamber, for the production of hot water for central heating. The boiler bodies are made from G20 cast-iron elements pre-assembled using steel cone inserts and boiler studs. The quality of the cast iron used complies with the strictest European standards. The special path of the flue gas and the high exchange surface ensure both high performance and low operating noise.
RANGE
The range of outputs, from 23.3 to 93 KW over 7 different models, can satisfy any specific need for small/ medium central heating systems.
APPEARANCE
The new and harmonious design, with the new control panel located behind the flush lift-up cover; give the boilers a modern and attractive appearance.
CONTROLS
Essential, but at the same time complete, including a main switch, a control thermostat, a safety thermostat with manual reset, a thermo hydrometer and designed to house a temperature control unit.
WATER-SIDE PRESSURE DROP
The pressure drop in the water circuit can be calculated using the diagram shown above, and refers to flow rates corresponding to ▲t between 10◦C and 20◦C.
INSULATION AND CASING
The boiler body is perfectly insulated using a 60mm thick layer of high density glass wool, supported by special tear-proof material, designed to minimize any passive heat losses. The integral casing is made from steel, pre-painted by anaphorsis using epoxy powder paint and furnace at 180◦C.
MAINTENANCE
The generator can be accessed easily from the front for the normal cleaning of both the furnace and the flue gas path, so as to guarantee consistently high efficiency.
PACKAGING
All models are delivered in a single package in a wooden crate.
Ferroli aluminium radiators (ITALY)
The Club N design combines heat radiation and convection advantages. The front flat surface gives the best looking and the stovenamelled epoxy finish reduces the setting of dust. Club N is of modular construction which enables any length in 80 mm multiples for heights 431, 581, 681, 781 and 881 mm. The availability of wall brackets, combined with the low weight of the radiator make fixing easy in almost all building situations giving a touch of beautiful décor. All sections are factory finished in a stovenamelled epoxy finish at 180ºc and radiators are wrapped in plastic film and protected by a high strength export carton. Club N aluminium die-cast radiators are recommended for applications where high output and good appearance is required. Due to high thermal conductivity of aluminium, small water ways can be used, so the radiators offer low water contents whit rapid response to temperature control as modern life requires. High heat emission is combined with original design, and light-weight sectional construction results in a saving in wall space, labour and maintenance costs.
COMPOSITION OF BLOCKS
Radiators are supplied in block with 1" nipples and sealed with strong gasket washers, pressure tested at 116 Lbs sq ins. (Sections are also tested at same pressure before to be assembled in blocks). Assembled blocks available from two till twelve sections.
